Job Summary: Fufeng's sales specialist position is responsible for the sales of the group's products (Xanthan Gum) in North and South America.

This position reports to: North America Deputy Commercial Director

Office Location: Remote position

Key Responsibilities：

• Create and implement a sales strategy to help Fufeng further expand the Xanthan Gum business.
• Assist in the development and expansion of our client base. Maintain existing customers, develop end user customers, meet with customers to collect market information in order to accurately find and meet customer needs.
• Conduct analytical market and competitive research and share findings with the team, to maintain and increase market share
• Create sales and marketing plans (e.g., development & negotiation plan). Create a strategy to implement it accordingly, and review and summarize it regularly[BC1] ;
• Adhere to the company’s sales SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and the company’s [BC2] regulations.
• Ensure that the contract to be executed smoothly and that the payment to be collected in full and on time[BC3] ;
• Respond to customer needs in a timely manner, maintain excellent relationships with customers to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirement for the Job:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business or similar
• 2 or more years of sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Working knowledge with CRM platforms
• Ability to multitask while demonstrating attention to detail.
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to travel regionally and internationally.
• Multilingual knowledge is preferred (e.g., Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, French, etc.);
• Experience in food additives industry is preferred.
